Daniel Atzori is a research and content leader with extensive experience across energy markets and policy.

As Head of Intelligence at inspiratia, he oversees the production of clear, data-driven insights that support investors, developers, and advisers operating across the energy transition.

Holding a PhD in Government and International Affairs from Durham University, Daniel combines deep sector expertise with a strong track record in leading research teams, shaping thought leadership, and engaging senior industry and policy stakeholders.

His background spans market analysis, regulatory frameworks, and strategic communications, with a particular focus on translating complex market and policy developments into accessible and decision-relevant intelligence.

His work centres on identifying the trends and dynamics shaping the future of global energy and infrastructure investment.

Financial journalist specialising in renewables, oil & gas and infrastructure

Oliver leads inspiratia’s Data and Analysis team, overseeing quantitative research, large-scale proprietary datasets and market intelligence across the global energy transition.

He is responsible for analytical methodologies, data governance, and the development of research that supports market analysis, editorial insight, and client-facing products.

Oliver’s work focuses on energy infrastructure transactions, power markets, grids and flexibility. He has particular expertise in energy storage, network constraints and the investment implications of emerging technologies and policy changes.

Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Brunel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Durham University.

Mathilde is a reporter covering renewable energy, writing news and features with a focus on fundraising, M&A activity, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and solar power. She also co-produces inspiratia’s podcast, Energy Transition Today.

She has a long-standing interest in environmental issues and policy analysis shaped by her experience as a news researcher covering European politics. Previously, she has worked in communications for conservation and animal welfare charities.

Mathilde holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Birkbeck, University of London.

Leonard is a reporter at inspiratia, covering the financing, policy and development of renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Europe, with a primary focus on onshore, offshore and floating wind.

He tracks auctions, transactions and project pipelines, and writes analysis on market trends and policy. He also produces, edits and co-hosts the Energy Transition Today podcast.

Leonard holds an MA in International Relations with a focus on climate change and the geopolitics of energy, and has prior experience in EU institutions and the not-for-profit sector.

Dan is responsible for commercial research reports and contributes to inspiratia’s news coverage across energy asset financing.

He has worked as an analyst consulting on digital energy technologies and energy market regulation, and previously held roles within the operations and partnerships teams at Dow Jones and the Wall Street Journal.

Dan holds a BSc in Economics and a Master’s in International Relations from King’s College London.

Rakshit is a Financial Analyst at inspiratia, where he focuses on the financial architecture of renewable energy, storage, and infrastructure projects.

He meticulously analyses project finance, M&A transactions, and debt structures to decode complex capital stacks.

By reviewing deal documentation and financial disclosures, he extracts vital cash flow data to drive market analysis and valuation insights.

He is also responsible for developing the financial models and dashboards that power inspiratia’s trend identification and long-form analytical content.

Additionally, he maintains the firm’s league tables and benchmarking datasets, leveraging transaction-level data to provide our clients with a clear understanding of global investment activity.

Stanley conducts quantitative research and provides in-depth insights into the global energy market, specialising in deal-flow analysis, M&A transactions, megatrend forecasting, and renewable energy policy developments.

He brings seven years of experience across finance, consulting, and EPC within the energy and sustainability sectors. Stanley has a strong interest in sustainable finance and holds multiple professional certificates, including CFA Sustainable Investing. He is also a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). Before joining inspiratia, he worked in the Paris office of BNP Paribas, contributing to research and strategy activities.

Stanley holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor (Hons) in Energy Engineering from City University of Hong Kong.

Lorenza is a Research Analyst at inspiratia producing in-depth analyses focusing on the intersection of tech and energy and on geopolitical issues.

She also leads inspiratia’s LinkedIn marketing strategy and is responsible for designing the company’s visual content.

She holds a BA from the University of York and an MA from the University of Chicago.

Sam is responsible for maintaining and organising datasets related to energy, infrastructure, and project finance.

He also analyses market developments and trends turning complex datasets into insights that support strategic and market-facing decisions.

He is a graduate from the University of Leeds and most recently worked as a carbon analyst, assessing the quality of carbon projects, interpreting emissions data, and delivering analysis to guide credible climate action

Vikas is Head of Data & Product at inspiratia, where he leads the strategy, development and delivery of the company’s core products.

He oversees product innovation, data architecture, analytics and subscriber experience, ensuring the platform remains insight‑driven and user‑focused.

With expertise in product management, data strategy, UX optimisation and cross‑functional delivery, he works closely with data, editorial, commercial and marketing teams to drive engagement and growth.

Vikas also leads the evolution of inspiratia’s technology ecosystem, enhancing system performance, scalability and security. Known for his analytical mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, he is dedicated to providing high‑value insights and digital products.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Brunel University and has pursued further studies in Data Science.

Edvinas maintains and enhances inspiratia’s IT infrastructure, bringing extensive experience in cutting‑edge web technologies.

He is dedicated to delivering the best possible browsing experience for inspiratia’s clients and developing innovative tools for the team.

Passionate about exploring new frontiers in computer science, Edvinas is currently experimenting with machine learning and data‑mining algorithms.

Ayo has worked in commercial roles for 15+ years driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sponsorship sales across the B2B events and professional services sectors

He has developed deep expertise in stakeholder engagement and partnership strategy, working with C-level executives and senior partners at major international firms.

At inspiratia, Ayo focuses on developing strategic partnerships with firms across the energy transition value chain, supporting thought leadership initiatives, brand strengthening and industry networking.

Eduardo Vazquez-Vela Gonzalez is part of inspiratia's Partnership team.

Eduardo cultivates relationships with organisations involved in the energy transition, helping elevate inspiratia’s industry presence through collaboration, insights, and thought‑leadership. His work is grounded in an engineering background and a deep commitment to driving progress in renewable energy.

He is a recent ESCP Business School alumnus, having majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and originally started at inspiratia as a research and analysis intern.

Loredana has extensive experience delivering high-level events across the renewable energy and financial sectors. She oversees end-to-end event production, including speaker acquisition, content development, partnerships, and on-site execution.

Alba is Head of Operations at inspiratia and has been with the company since January 2022. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, including office management, invoicing and general administration.

Alba is also responsible for the logistical planning and delivery of all inspiratia events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Her role focuses on keeping internal processes organised and effective, supporting teams across the business and enabling the company to operate at pace.
